Waves is a series of intimate leadership retreats designed for leaders navigating complexity — in themselves, their roles, the systems they lead, and between peers and team members. 

​

Waves is about improving performance, pausing long enough to reconnect with what authentically guides you. Beyond position, pressure, or expectations.

 

In a world of constant acceleration and uncertainity, we offer what is often missing at the top:  
tranquility, clarity, space to listen and meet likewise leaders.

February 23-26th · First meeting — “Attuning: Finding Rhythm in the Field”
Guiding question: How do I stay in contact with myself when the world speeds up?
Focus: From reactivity to a deliberate pace. Reconnect with your embodied rhythm and the wider field.
Overview: This first retreat offers space to pause, listen, and align with what wants to emerge — in you, in your work, and in your leadership.
Outcomes: More clarity. Less autopilot. Decisions from groundedness.
Place: Slovenia.

 

June 22th-25th · Second meeting — “The Authentic Leader: Truth in Relationship”
Guiding question: How can I be authentic without losing influence?
Focus: From performing a role to coherence between words and deeds.
Overview: Reclaim your voice, rhythm, and authentic presence. Supported by the now-formed group, your journey into authentic leadership deepens.
Outcomes: More trust. Shorter conflicts. Better team decisions.
Place: Spain.

 

October 5th-8th  · Third meeting — “Lead from the In-Between”
Guiding question: How do I lead in complexity when there is no single answer?
Focus: From control to conscious shaping of the field.
Overview: Learn to connect the authentic leader with the outer field and lead from the meeting place in-between.

Place: Montenegro.

Between each retreat, participants engage in:

  • One-on-one integration coaching – focused on implementing insights into real leadership challenges.

  • Peer-led Support & Learning Groups – self-organized spaces for sharing, reflection, and mutual support, without a formal leader.

Each retreat is a unique experience.
Together, they create a complete path to transformation.
